Ryan Nickel is a freelance animator, born in 2000 in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Bethel Park High School and then went on to study at Point Park University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Animation and VFX.
Ryan started doodling cartoons and then later progressed to recreating Marvel comic strips into posters and getting into animation. Ryan worked as an animator on a short film for the Pittsburgh Opera and a short film called Hankering for Honeycomb. He has also created shorts for the 11 Second Club where he placed 11th place in March 2023.
